REGULATORY AFFAIRS MANAGER
The Regulatory Affairs Manager should be able to determine global regulatory strategies for market introduction of new and modified device (technology) platforms. Ensure proper communication of regulatory strategies to responsible functions, including Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Service, Manufacturing and Executive Management (as necessary). Prepare SA and non-SA product submissions (SFDA, Technical Files, UAE Licenses and International registrations). Interact with SFDA and SA Government Officials on product approvals, compliance issues and during audits/inspections. The applicant must have a bachelors degree in business, medical, or engineering. In addition, He/She a minimum of 3 years experience working with regulatory agencies (e.g. SFDA, HM) and Competent Authorities and Notified Bodies.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
The Vice President of Sales has the primary responsibility of delivering the right revenues; be that defined as a hard number, growth target, profit target and/or a market share goal. His/her experiences include: building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan, monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations, managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities. He/she should have at least a bachelors degree, more than five years in a management role with direct reports, thorough understanding of operating budgets, financial statements, and client finances.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on all requests for information in a timely manner, following-up with solutions due to regulation or policy, identifying any gaps in the process, and providing an oversight and control to assure access codes are only provided to the appropriate parties. Becomes thoroughly familiar
with relevant computer systems. The job requirements include high school diploma and completion of a related technical
school program. Bachelor degree applicants are preferred. However, it's important that the applicant has a minimum of
2 years of experience in customer service or related type position; also, he/she must be capable of performing data entry/retrieval tasks using computer software.
